ROI: Debt Warehousing deadline - 1 May 2024

The deadline for the repayment of warehoused debt is fast approaching on 1 May 2024.
On 1 May 2024, those with warehoused debt will be required to either:-
• Pay their warehoused debt in full OR
• Engage with Revenue to agree a payment arrangement
Revenue will also accept offsets from repayable claims e.g. VAT against the warehoused debt on an ongoing basis.
