UK: Local news – new Banking Hub

Warrenpoint welcomes a new Banking Hub at 7 Church Street, providing much-needed access to banking services after the closure of several local branches, including Ulster Bank and First Trust/AIB. Located at the former Post Office, the Hub will offer Post Office-operated counter services for routine cash transactions, available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. It will also feature a Community Banker service, allowing customers to discuss complex banking needs with representatives from various banks on a rotating schedule.


  • Monday: Danske Bank

  • Tuesday: Barclays

  • Wednesday: Santander

  • Thursday: Ulster Bank

  • Friday: Bank of Ireland (morning only)
