Cross Border: New Women Entrepreneur Programmes Announced as part of Shared Island Enterprise Scheme

Intertrade Ireland, Invest NI and Enterprise Ireland are launching three new programmes to help women led businesses grow, innovate and scale. The programmes start early 2026 and support entrepreneurs from early stage ideas to scaling companies.


Supports includes mentoring, workshops, expert guidance and networking.


The three programmes:


We Build: For women developing tech or tech enabled business ideas. Delivered by TechFoundHer


We Grow: For established women led SMEs aiming to grow across the island. Delivered by Women in Business NI and Network Ireland.


We Scale: For women ready to scale their business strategically and sustainably. Delivered by AwakenHub


The programmes aim to unlock the potential of women entrepreneurs across the island. It supports confidence, investment readiness, leadership development and international expansion.
