ROI 9% Hospitality VAT Rate Extension

The Irish Government announced today their €1.3bn Cost-of-living package today with some targeted and some universal announcements.

A few welcome announcements include the VAT rate remains at 9% for the hospitality sector for another 6 months until the end of August 2023, 9% VAT rate for electricity & gas bills and criteria changes and extension of the TBESS scheme.
