Annual P35 & P14 forms late returns & penalties

HMRC will now write to employers and agents where the P35 /P14 forms have not been submitted by 19 May 2012. They have advised that a penalty will already have been incurred and a further penalty will arise if the return is not submitted by 19 June 2012.
